Regular registration rate:  $250

Can I get a refund once I’ve registered?

Yes.  Full refunds will be issued up until March 31, 2020. No refunds available after that date.  To request a refund, Click here

Which airport do I fly into?

Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport (ATL)

Do I need to plan for airport and ground transportation?

Yes.  Transportation is on your own for most of the conference activities.  We recommend getting a rental car.  If you would like to share a ride or rental car with another attendee, click here to upload your airline itinerary, view other attendee itineraries and coordinate a ride.  Uber is also another option for onsite transportation.  None of the conference hotels offer complimentary shuttle service to or from the airport. The venue is located approximately .5 miles from each of our hotels; shuttle service is available between the hotels and venue.

What should I pack?

Casual attire is appropriate for the conference, including jeans and Capri pants. We also recommend:

  • Comfortable walking shoes for tour of the campus
  • A light sweater or jacket for air-conditioned meeting rooms and cooler temperatures at night
