Kyle has authored other books including: One at a Time, The End of Me, gods at war, Grace Is Greater and Don’t Give Up. Kyle and his wife DesiRae have four children and live on a farm where he does no farming.

Angela is an entrepreneurial leader with a breadth of experience in areas of product, sales, operations, marketing, and administration in Fortune 500, small business, startup, and non-profit environments.

Serving as Chief of Staff, Angela uses her experience and operations mind-set to manage the execution of day-to-day operations, projects, initiatives, and relationships for Stadia's Office of the President. Prior to working at Stadia, Angela owned and operated a successful short-term vacation rental business in Southern California and founded a technology startup aimed at rightsizing
technology for the market of nearly 30M kids in the US that are growing up in a complicated digital world.

Angela lives outside of Austin, in the hill country of Texas, with her husband Michael and their four children.

Ashley Weece

Ashley Weece is a minister, wife and mother who is deeply committed to raising up every day ordinary people to serve God’s purposes for this generation (Acts 13:36). She is a Preaching Associate at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY and is passionate about inspiring people to seek and find God through His Word. As a ministry leader and former EA, she offers a pastoral perspective of utilizing your gifts wherever God has placed you to make His name known. On a good day you’ll find her hiking trails with her husband, Justin and their toddler, Judah, and always drinking way too much coffee.

Melissa is an author, speaker, and ministry coach who has invested over 24+ years serving the local church on various church staff teams ranging in size from 90 to over 44,000 in weekend attendance. Her newest book is called, Ministry Chick: Find Your Community, Own Your Leadership, Take Your Step. She is the Executive Director of a private Facebook Group, called Ministry Chick, where she leads over 3400 women from all over the world. Married to her best friend Matt for almost 30 years, they have two adult sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, 5 grand fur-babies, and their first grandchild due June 2023. Melissa currently lives outside of Louisville, KY and attends Southeast Christian Church.

Scott is passionate about individuals discovering their unique God-given abilities and using that knowledge to build healthy effective teams. He brings over twenty years experience in full-time ministry working with staff and volunteers in a number of different settings and leadership roles at churches ranging in size from 200 to over 20,000. He currently serves at Southeast Christian Church where he oversees the learning and development of staff across all campuses. Scott recently celebrated 25 years of marriage to his wife, Carrie, and they have four teenage daughters living at home. As you can imagine, he doesn’t mind getting out of the house every now and again.

Lynley Mandrell

Lynley Mandrell is the co-host of Lifeway's podcast The Glass House, alongside her husband Ben who is the president and CEO. In addition to her ministry partnership with Ben, she is one of the strategic project managers for Visioneering Studios, working alongside churches to reimagine their facilities and space. A busy mom of four teenagers, she's often seen at guitar recitals, tennis matches, and in the bleachers of a University of Tennessee football game. Her passions include home renovation projects, Dr. Pepper®, and the National Parks.

Meet Jon McCallon, a seasoned leader with 22 years of full-time ministry experience in the local church. For 17 of those years, Jon served at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Ky, where he developed his passion for teaching, pastoring, and leadership. He's also been a main session speaker at Christ in Youth conferences for over a decade, relating to audiences with his engaging storytelling, strong visuals, and sensitivity to whatever context he is placed in.

In the fall of 2021, Jon founded House Blend, a creative agency that specializes in graphic design and leadership for churches, non-profits, and businesses. With a keen eye for design and a heart for serving others, Jon is committed to bringing ideas to life in fresh, innovative ways.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jon is a devoted husband to Dustye, his partner of 23 years, and a proud father of three daughters, ages 15, 11, and 9. He lives and breathes his passion for leadership, creativity, and serving others, making him a sought-after speaker and mentor in his field.

Anne Milam

Anne Milam is passionate about serving Jesus in this generation. She has over 30 years of ministry experience, is a wife and a mother of four. Anne has been a youth pastor, church planter, children's pastor...and in another life, a high school English teacher and cheerleading coach. Currently, she is the Strategic Events Manager at Visioneering Studios, host of the Admin Conference 2023, and host of AdminsConnect Webinars. She loves her Nespresso and hot yoga and has possibly an unhealthy addiction to HomeGoods.

Jeff Wilson

Jeff has been a pastor in many different leadership roles, for over 40yrs. In 2022 he formed the company Intentional Leadership to help leaders and their teams become 100% healthy (self-aware) and productive (other's-aware). Jeff serves as a Coach/Consultant/Speaker to pastors, church staff, denominational leaders, and business leaders.

He and his wife Sara celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in January. He is the father of two sons. Josh and his family live in Saint Louis, MO. They planted The Storyline Church. Chris, their youngest son and family live in Bellevue, WA where he is the Connection Pastor at Westminister Chapel. They have 5 grandsons. His youngest daughter-in-law created a hashtag #wilsonsonlyhaveboys.

Nick Buda

Care Ministry

Nick is a Louisville transplant from Upper Michigan. He grew up playing hockey and sledding down 7 feet tall snowbanks in his front yard. After serving in pastoral ministry for 10 years, Nick became the admin for the Southeast Care Ministry to learn how to better serve those who battle addiction and trauma. He is a certified Pastoral Sexual Addiction Professional (PSAP) and is working to become a board-certified Mental Health Coach. He and his wife Ali have 3 girls and golden doodle named Jax.
