Breakout Topic 1: Be the BRIDGE
&
Breakout Topic 2: Maximizing Your Leader's Impact by Stewarding Energy
Holly Sage serves as the Executive Administrator at Plum Creek Church in Castle Rock, Colorado. With nearly a decade of experience in church administration, she has learned that administration is far more than managing tasks—it's a calling and strategic partnership to empower leaders, and help the Church fulfill its mission.
Holly is passionate about creating environments where people can discover God's calling on their lives and cultivating cultures of trust through faithful encouragement. She has the privilege of leading the administrative team at Plum Creek, helping administrators embrace and grow in their God-given gift of administration. She often refers to her team as "the team within the teams," recognizing the unique role administrators play in strengthening every ministry they support.
Outside the office, Holly has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for 20 years. Together they have two sons who are beginning the exciting journey into adulthood at 17 and 20 years old. When she isn't serving at church, you'll likely find her paddleboarding on a mountain lake, hiking Colorado trails, or simply soaking in the fresh mountain air with her family.

Breakout Topic 1: The Content Mistake That Limits Your Reach
&
Breakout Topic 2: Your New Assistant: Practical AI for the Church Office
Jesse Carbó is a Cuban American and Miami native who has spent 30 years in full-time pastoral ministry alongside Anitra, his high school sweetheart, with whom he's raised four kids. He has served as a youth pastor, church planter, executive pastor, and network leader giving him a wide angle view of church life paired with a lifelong entrepreneurial streak.
While planting a church, Jesse taught himself digital marketing to supplement his income, then realized those same skills could help churches reach the people right in front of them. In 2022 he began helping churches and nonprofits secure and use the Google Ad Grant, which provides up to $10,000 a month in free advertising to reach people online. Today he leads the Digital Missions Project, an agency of "ministers who know marketing" that helps churches and faith-based nonprofits reach their neighbors through Google Ads, SEO, and content strategy. He's especially focused on equipping ministry leaders to put AI to work turning sermons into content, reaching searchers faster, and freeing pastors from the marketing tasks that pull them away from the people they're called to serve.
